how to patch concrete cracks in garage floor

As for concrete cracks on garage floor, How to patch them?

Above concrete garage floor is badly cracked and in desperate need of repair.

Step 1:Joint-cutting

Along crack each side 5-8cm,saw 2 cutting seam(depth 10cm), width between two cutting seam is 10-15cm.

Step 2: Chiseling

Avoid edge failure when chisel by pneumatic pick, chiseling depth 8-10cm.

Step 3:Cleaning

Remove dirt in chiseled groove by hair brush, then clean by high pressure water gun.

Step 4: Mixing SC concrete repair material with water

Firstly dry mix repair material and 60% clean gravel(diameter<30mm continuous gradation, best to use washed gravel), then add 13-14% clean water to mix 3-5 minutes,Until even.

Step 5:Repairing

Use trowel to force the mixture deep into the cracks,Then smooth out the surface.

Step 6:Open to traffic

After repairing finished 1 hour,restore the traffic.
